My order is incorrect, how can we fix it?
Please send us a message with a picture of your order, invoice and a brief message explaining what is wrong. Our customer service team will help you as soon as possible.
My package is being returned to Totally Brides. Can you send it to the correct address?
When the package ships the first time the postage has been paid for and we can not refund these costs. We are not responsible if the address is inccorect. Customers are responsible for the new shipping fee so we can re-ship the package.

When you return a product we will hold a shipping fee that was spent to ship out the package. The cost will depend on the weight of the package.
